Launched in 2020, the Fund acquires trophy residential units with tourist licenses located in super prime European locations and rents out the properties via lucrative short term rental opportunities (e.g., AirBNB). Post-acquisition, it maximizes free cash flow and enhances returns by securing long dated, low-cost financing. The Fund has been successful at acquiring prime residential real estate at distressed prices in major European cities impacted by the pandemic.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the European Real Estate market in a closed-Fund with a healthy IRR since inception. Through this opportunity, Qualified Purchaser1 will own 10% of Hazoor Select, LP’s share of the Fund’s carried interest.
